BY228 Standard Avalanche Sinterglass Diode, SOD-64 Package (D1047). Glass passivated junction, Hermetically sealed package, used for High voltage rectification and Efficiency diode in horizontal deflection circuit. 3 Amp 1650 volts and has a 20000 ns reverse recovery time. This is used on many monitor and other applications including the Kortek KTW-N26 chassis at D18 and the Wells Gardner K7000 at D18 to replace the DG3 (066X0125-001) or GFE10R (066X0084-001) diode, used on the Wells Gardner U2000 to replace the D706 DFH10TR diode.
