MPSW06 One Watt Amplifier Transistors NPN Silicon, EBC, TO-92 (TO-226) Package.  Used on many applications on Pinball / Arcade games including on Wells Gardner U2000 and U5000 monitor chassis at location Q602 and any other application that requires this transistor.  The MPSW06 is higher rated and can replace any of the following:  MPSW05.  For every quantity of 1 added to your cart you will receive 2 transistors.
