So I didn’t need to replace it but I decided to anyways might as well have a high quality much much newer potentiometer. Not only can it help you adjust everything but it can help get rid of a ton of problems that occur with the old pot. Sometimes you can pull apart and everything seems to be fine but really it could be causing issues down the line. So instead of spending hours searching for a problem just replace it and go from there.
