I picked up 2 for my EZ and 2ZAW. Along with the cap kit, this little beauty saved my monitor and I am able to get a nice and steady 108 volts for both of my monitors.

Got the 20EZ cap kit from here and added this B+ cap and a B+ pot to put in at the same time. Better to only have the board out once!

Second time bring back a failing EZV, and this cap fit and worked great. Had to bend the pins a little closer together to make it fit easier but soldered in nice and fired up a pretty picture.

I almost did not buy one last order, but luckily I did. While the original did not look bad on the outside, after I took it off I noticed that the bottom was starting to bulge out and needed replacing on my Sanyo. With everything you have to unscrew to get a sanyo chassis out, I rather only have to mess it it one time and be done with it. Who knows how long that old cap would have lasted before I scratched my head figuring out what went wrong after I replaces caps.

You took the time to rebuild the rest of the monitor, and I can guarantee you your original B+ isn’t in any better shape than the other caps you replaced. Do it once, do it right.

  6. Jared Bresee (verified owner)

As mentioned in the other comments, you might as well just spend the extra few dollars and get yourself a B+ filter because you know you’re going to replacing it soon anyways if it hasn’t gone out already. Plus this is top-notch Parts here folks.

Back again for another one of these caps perfect for the Sanyo Donkey Kong monitors because it’s shorter than the other version and it fits in just tight and perfect. I believe that’s also fits a few other random monitors so double-check what you got because this thing is awesome once again Peter has the highest quality parts and service

Nice cap. Not much else to say.

Everything worked great as part of my Sanyo EZV monitor (Donkey Kong) servicing. Running like a champ! Excellent customer service to make the experience even Better!

If you are recapping your 20-EZ buy this!
If don’t fix now, you will have to later.

the pins came with little bends that I had to straighten with pliers to get it to fit by 20EZ board. I installed this along with a full cap kit, so this monitor is solid for another 20 years.

Its nice to have a source for these filter caps.

I had an EZV20 with a wild, bouncy, and compressed wave across the screen. Installing this filter cap, along with a cap kit, and the wave is gone! Beautiful picture now.

I was actually on an arcade forum trying to learn about how best to bring my newly purchased and already highly treasured Blue Donkey Kong arcade (and it’s monitor) back to its factory fresh glory when I saw someone asking a question Arcade Parts and Repair answered themselves with what they felt would help the person out the most, that just so happened to be in a similar situation to myself! Being the skeptic I am I still did further research before purchasing the parts AP&S recommended in that post but I quickly found a bunch of other experienced and helpful members also recommending people replace the exact parts AP&S had recommended in that original post. Had I not seen the original post I likely would not have realized how important changing this B+ Filter Cap is when you already have the monitor appart doing a cap kit! Thank you AP&R for being active on the forums and helping us newbies out!! I have yet to install this just yet but I know from everyone’s rave reviews about the quality of your cap kits that this B+ filter will not disappoint!! I

It’s been a few years but I got another Sanyo EZ monitor and since time is money and might as well replace it with the highest quality capacitor you can get your hands on. Seems to help a lot with different jittery and funky issues. Worth every penny!

    EZ Breezy, Beautiful!

Replaced my Sanyo EZ filter cap, which was probably fine, but since they are a pain to work on, I went ahead. Good piece of mind!
