Description

IRL540N is a N-Channel enhanced low threshold power HEXFET Mosfet transistor 100-Volt 36-Amp integrated circuit, TO-220 Package.  This is used in many arcade and pinball game applications and this is higher rated at 36 amps then what you will find at other sources.  This IRL540N can be used to replace the following: 5220-15710-00, XO-947, 20N10L, P20N10L, P20N10, 12N10L, 22NE10L, IRL530N, P40NE10L, STP22NE10L, P22NE10L, 19N06L, NTE2987, NTE2396, STP19N06L, Data East / Sega / Stern 110-0106-00, Data East / Sega 110-0088-00 and many others.  Used in many applications such as Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8, Q9, Q10, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q14, Q15 and Q16 on the I/O power driver board of all White Star System games / Sega Twister through Stern NASCAR.
