TIP30C is a PNP silicon epitaxial-Base power transistor 1 Ampere 100V 80 watt used in medium power linear switching applications. TO-220 Package. The TIP30C is higher rated and can replace the TIP30, TIP30A and TIP30B. The TIP30C will also replace the 2SA490, 2SA490YLBGLI on the Wells Gardner K4600 & K4700 monitor chassis at location TR305.
