MPS-U04

Description

MPSU04 is a NPN SILICON AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR, with lead pinout of EBC, TO-202 Package.  This is used on Electrohome G05-805 and G05-802 at location Q503 and Q504 and many other vector monitor chassis in many locations.  The MPS-U04 can be used to replace the Motorola MPSU03 (MPS-U03) on these monitor chassis since the MPSU04 is a much higher rated replacement.
