Description
BU931P is a high voltage power Darlington NPN transistor developed using multi-epitaxial planar technology. TO-247 Package and Pinout leads of BCE. The BU931P is a much higher rated and more robust power regulator then the 2SD1090 so it can be used for the Sanyo 20ez TR901 / Q901. The BU931P is higher rated and can replace the following 2SD1047.

I bought this for my Sanyo14ezzA monitor which is the smaller version of the 20 in which little Oddball differences. There’s even differences between the 14 inch monitors. At least for mine thhis will go on Tr401 not 901 as with the 20-in big brother. It’s good to be able to get this because if some monitors you can’t find an appropriate or good transistor. And good luck trying to find one that isn’t a Chinese knockoff outside of APAR
