BU406 is a 7A, 60 watt, 200V Silicon NPN Power Transistors, TO-220 Package. High voltage, Fast switching speed, Low saturation voltage. This BU406 can be used to replace the BU409 and MJE51T. Used in horizontal deflection output stages of TV’s and CTV’s circuits.
