Description

2N6051 is a PNP Darlington 12 Ampere, Complementary Silicon Power Transistors, 80 – 100 Volts, 150 Watts, lead layout BCE, TO-3 Package.  These are used on many vector monitor chassis Electrohome G05-801 at Q101 (14-002076-01) and many other models and locations.  The 2N6051 is higher rated and can be used to replace the 2N6050.
