2SA1020 is a One Watt High Current PNP Silicon Transistor, TO-92 (TO-226) Package and Lead Layout of ECB, with VCEO −50 Vdc, IC −2Adc.  This transistor is used on many arcade / pinball applications such as Nanao MS9-29 monitor chassis neck pcb at Q503 and any other locations that require this transistor.
