LOW POWER “CMOS” CONSUMPTION, 262144 by 8 Bits, UV EPROM and OTP EPROM, (256K x 8) UV Erasable and programmable read only memory 256Kx8 (256K)(2 Megabit) 32 pin Dip-32 package. These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming. These are 100ns – 250ns and faster. These refurbished chips look so nice you would almost think they were NOS.
