27C512 Eprom AMD and various manufacturers NEW/NOS Eproms.  LOW POWER “CMOS” CONSUMPTION, 512 Kbit (64K x8) UV EPROM and OTP EPROM, 65536-words x 8-bit UV Erasable and programmable read only memory 64Kx8 (512K) 28 pin Dip-28 package.  These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming.  Most are 45ns and faster.
