27512 Eprom

27512 Eprom ST Microelectronics and various manufacturers refurbished Eproms that have been machine cleaned and legs straightened, and programmer verified blanked and erased so they are completely ready to program.   65536-words x 8-bit UV Erasable and programmable read only memory 64Kx8 (512K) 28 pin Dip-28 package.  These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming.  Most are 200ns and faster.  These refurbished chips look so nice you would almost think they were NOS.
