3.9 Ohm 5 Watt Wirewound Commercial High Temperature Silicon Coated Power Resistor 5% tolerance (R1139).  These are the top commercial quality and have a power rating of 5 Watt so they are also cemented wirewound and non-flammable coating, High power dissipation in small design.  Used on Wells Gardner K6100 arcade monitor at location R901 and R907 (99-130089) to replace and upgrade the original 2.2 ohm 2 watt resistor and other locations that require this type and value of resistor.
