All of our Cap Kits / Get Well Kits include a sticker so you can place it on the monitor to help you keep track of the work you did and when it was done. 38 capacitors included in kit along with great instructions. This model of chassis is made by three different manufacturers (Kortek, Segai and Tovis/Vision Pro) and we have all three kits so please verify which manufacturer made your chassis so you order the correct kit. NOTE: Filter cap for this chassis is a 220uf 400v and is not included in kit but can be purchased separately on our site.
