TMS5200NL Speech Synthesizer chip, DIP-28 Package.  This chip is used on many Pinball and Arcade games such as:  Bally/Midway Squawk and Talk speech board AS-2518-61, Baby Pac-Man, Beat the Clock, Cybernaut, Flash Gordon, Eight Ball Champ, Eight Ball Deluxe, Eight Ball Deluxe Limited Edition, Fireball II Embryon, Fathom, Granny and the Gators, Medusa, Centaur, Centaur II, Elektra, Midnight Marauders, Mr & Mrs Pac-Man, Pinball Champ, Rapid Fire, Soccer Kings, Spectrum, Vector, Discs of TRON Environmental, Zaccaria Jack Rabbit, Zaccaria Money Money, Apple II Echo 2 cards.  These are NOS chips and not used refurbished pulls like you find at most places.
