MJ10000 Transistor NPN, 350v, 20a Darlington are designed for high voltage, high speed, power switching in inductive circuits where fall time is critical, TO-3 Package.  Used as motor control driver in Williams HYPERBALL Pinball.  Replaces the following  NTE98, 5162-09802-00, C-8938 Power Switching Board with the following specifications Darlington transistor NPN 450V, 20A, TO-3 case, Collector Emitter Voltage V(br)ceo: 400V, Power Dissipation Pd: 175W, DC Collector Current: 20A, DC Current Gain hFE: 50-600.
