Description

DG201B is a Quad CMOS Analog Switches DIP-16 Package, with lower on-resistance, lower leakage, higher speed, and lower power consumption than the DG201 / DG201A.  TTL and CMOS compatible logic, Fast switching – tON: 120ns.  DG201B Quad single-pole single-throw switches are designed for a wide variety of applications in telecommunications, instrumentation, process control, computer peripherals, etc.  An improved charge injection compensation design minimizes switching transients.  The DG201B can handle up to ± 22 V input signals, and have an improved continuous current rating of 30 mA.  The DG201B is better rated and can replace the DG201A, DG201, and LF13201N which are found in many arcade vector PCBs like tempest and others.
