Description

MC68B03P is a single-chip microcontroller unit 2Mhz (MCU) NOS, DIP-40 Package.  This 68B03 MCU can replace any of the following: HD6803P-1, HD6801P, MC6803P,  MC6803CP, MC6803CS, MC6803L, MC6803S, MC6803CL-1,  MC6803CP-1, MC6803CS-1, MC6803P-1, MC6803L-1, MC6803S-1, MC68A03P, MC68A03L, MC68B03S, MC68B03L and MC6801P but please note the 6803 has no functioning ROM built in like the 6801.
