68B02 MPU NOS

Description

This MC68B02P or similar is a NOS MPU and is a higher rated 2Mhz 6802 MICROPROCESSOR WITH CLOCK AND RAM, DIP-40 Package.  This MPU is used on many arcade and pinball PCBs.  The 6802 is a monolithic 8-bit microprocessor that contains all the registers and accumulators of the present MC~OO plus an internal clock oscillator and driver on the same chip.  This MC68B02P can replace any of the 6802 or 6808 MPUs.  There are many part number that this works to replace such as MC6802P, MC6802CP, MC6802NSP, MC6808P, MC68A02P, MC68A02CP, MC68A08P, MC6802L, MC6802CL, MC6802NSL, MC6808L, MC68A02L, MC68A02CL, MC68A08L,  MC68B02P, MC68B02CP, MC68B08P, MC68B02L, MC68B02CL, MC68A08L and many more from other manufacturers.  This is a replacement for the Williams part numbers 5A-9150, 5400-09150-00, EF6802P, EF68A02P and EF68B02P.
