KSP13 is a NPN Epitaxial Silicon Darlington Transistors, EBC, TO-92 Package.  Used on many applications on Pinball games such as Gottlieb System 80, Gottlieb XO304 XO-304 Used on BDU-1 display board and any other application that requires this transistor.  The KSP13 can replace any of the following: MPSA13, MPS-A13, 2SC982, 2N5525 and many others.   For every quantity of 1 added to your cart you will receive 5 transistors.
