LM3900N OP Amp Quad GP DIP-14 Package and are devices that consist of four independent, high gain frequency-compensated Norton operational amplifiers that were designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split supplies is also possible. The low supply current drain is essentially independent of the magnitude of the supply voltage. These devices provide wide bandwidth and large output voltage swing. These are found in the Midway linear power supplies such as 90412 and also nintendo audio applications and many other locations.

squawk and talk board with raspy hoarse voice. other sounds ok. open for suggestions. it is NOT: the speaker, +5volts, – 5 volts tp3 14.5 volts. J1 connector replaced, eproms new, installed electrolytic capkit, new trimpots, TP11 325khz, R9= 129.6K ohm, cleaned 5200 and ad558 pins, and sockets, swapped 6821 positions, new lm3900 opamps, another 5200 no help. what else could it be??????
