These transistors are commonly used in arcade monitor video color circuits especially in newer Wells Gardner chassis such as D9400, D9500, D9800, D7700 at locations Q822, Q812 & Q802 and many other monitor applications requiring this transistor. The 2SC2682 / C2682 can be used to replace the 2SC3953.
