2SA562-Y is a PNP transistor and TO-92 Package. A562 / 2SA562Y. General purpose amplifier. These are have Excellent hFE Linearity and better quality with the HFE (Human Factors Engineering) of 120-240. The 2SA562 can replace the following transistors 2SA854, 2SA854Q. The 2SA562-Y-TM is used on many monitor chassis like wells gardner K4900 at Q203, Q204, and Q205, Wells Gardner K4600 & K4700 at TR351 and other locations on many other arcade monitors.

Great replacement transistor! Dropped right in and gave new life to the red on my k4900.
Bags are marked with the part number and all I have to do Is pull up the site again to remind myself which spot they go in.
