Description
2N6287 is a PNP Darlington 20 Ampere, Complementary Silicon Power Transistors, 100 Volts, 160 Watts, TO-3 Package. These are used on many vector monitor chassis Electrohome G05-801 at Q101 (14-002076-01) and many other models and locations. The 2N6287 is higher rated and can be used to replace the 2N6052, 2N6285, 2N6286, 2N6050, 2N6226, and 2N6051.
