X2816 EEPROM

Description

Xicor X2816CP-15 is a 2K x 8 E2PROM, fabricated with an advanced, high performance N-channel floating gate MOS technology, DIP-24 Package.  This EEPROM memory used to save scores and settings on lots of older atari arcade games like Gauntlet, Gauntlet II and many other brands and models.  Like all Xicor Programmable nonvolatile memories it is a 5V only device, Data Retention: 100 Years.  The X2816C features the JEDEC approved pinout for byte-wide memories, compatible with industry standard RAMs, ROMs and EPROMs.  The X2816 can replace the X2816CP-20, X2804AP, X2804, X2804A EEPROMs.
