2055 Ram (EAROM) chip is a 512 BIT Electrically Alterable Read Only Memory. DIP-22 Package, .4 Row Spacing. This chip is used on many Atari game PCBs to save high scores in such games as Asteroids Deluxe, Black Widow, Centipede, Dig Dug, Gravitar, Liberator, Millipede, Red Baron, Space Duel, Tempest and many other games. Atari Part number: 137161-001 and make sure to consult the manual when replacing this ER2055 chip for any procedures required.
