AM27LS01DC 256 x 1 Bit SRam are low power schottky bipolar ram, open collector, DIP-16 Package.  This replace any of the following: N82S17N, S82S17N, 93411, 93411PC, 27LS01, L6530, 2701, 5533A, 8582 and 3107/A.  Used in many high speed buffer memories and found on many arcade / pinball games such as Centipede, Pacman, Ms Pacman, Frogger, Galaxian and many other games.
