P2114A-4 / AM9114BPC 1K x 4 Ram in a DIP-18 Package. This replaces the Midway Ms Pacman and pacman Ram Memory 2114-2 at locations 4K, 4L, 4M, 4N, 4P and 4R and any other PCB that require 2114 or 9114 RAM. M2114.

The speed of the RAM is apparently 450ns, which is too slow for my application. Not complaining, but just a warning for folks that may need faster RAM for their project. (I needed something < 333 ns for my Vectrex).

some of our ram we may have different speeds so if you add a note to your order that you need a minimum speed we can make sure we send that if we have it.
