Description

IRF644B is a 250V N-Channel MOSFET, TO-220 Package.  Lead Layout of GDS, 14A, 250V, RDS(on) = 0.28Ω @VGS = 10 V, Low gate charge ( typical 47 nC), Low Crss ( typical 30 pF), Fast switching, 100% avalanche tested, Improved dv/dt capability and are well suited for high efficiency switching DC/DC converter and switch mode power supplies.  This is used on the Wells Gardner D9200 at location Q415 and any other location that requires it.  The IRF644B is higher rated and can replace any of the following: IRF640B, IRFS640B and IRFS644B.
