AD1851 (NOS) is a monolithic PCM audio DAC, DIP-16 Package. The AD1851 is a 16-bit device. This device provides a voltage output amplifier, DAC, serial-to-parallel register and voltage reference. The digital portion of the AD1851 is fabricated with CMOS logic elements. These are found in many arcade and pinball pcb applications such as Midway Mortal Kombat 2 and many others.
