MC7818 are +18vdc and output current up to 1.0 amp positive Voltage Regulator TO-220 Package with lead layout of IGO (input, ground & output). These can replace the L7818, LM7818, MC7818 and many others. These are used on many arcade monitor chassis, game PCB and many other applications.
