PLS153N / N82S153A is a Programmable logic arrays Prom, Tri-State Outputs, DIP-20 Package. Used on many games like Foodfight, Quantum, Star Wars and many Capcom arcade boards along with many other arcade games. This Prom can be used to replace the N82S153.
