27C800 Eprom

Description

27C800 Eproms of various manufacturers refurbished and have been machine cleaned and legs straightened, programmer verified blanked and erased so they are completely ready to program.  8 Megabit (1Meg x 8 or 512K x 16) UV EPROM and OTP EPROM, FAST ACCESS TIME: 90ns, DIP-42 Package.   These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming.  These refurbished chips look so nice you would almost think they were NOS.
