Description

27C256 Eprom ST Microelectronics and various manufacturers refurbished Eproms that have been machine cleaned and legs straightened, and programmer verified blanked and erased so they are completely ready to program.  LOW POWER “CMOS” CONSUMPTION, 256 Kbit (32K x8) UV EPROM and OTP EPROM, 32768-words x 8-bit UV Erasable and programmable read only memory 32Kx8 (256K) 28 pin Dip-28 package.  These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming.  Most are 45ns and faster.  These refurbished chips look so nice you would almost think they were NOS.
