R65C02P3 CPU 3MHz REFURBISHED 65C02 MPU Microprocessor. 3Mhz 40 pin Dip package. 8-Bit Microprocessor. This can be used to replace the 6502B CPU. Software compatible with R6502 and CMOS silicon gate technology. Used in many Atari Arcade game boards and others. You will receive either the R65C02P3 or R65C02P4 4Mhz CPU and we test all our refurbished chips to make sure they are 100% working.
