AMP 9 Pin 3 Row Pin and Socket Connector cap female housing, panel mount Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK (CL1007).  3 Row and 9 circuit positions.  .163 / 4.14mm pitch used on many power applications in arcade cabinet wiring, Mars and other Bill Acceptors and these are polarized to the mating cap / receptacle so they only mate together one way.  Pins sold separately.
