Molex 12 Pin 3×4 Row .062 / 1.57mm Power Pin and Socket Connector Receptacle male housing with friction latch (CG1013). 3 Row and 12 circuit positions. Used on many power applications in arcade cabinet wiring and these are polarized to the mating plug so they only mate together one way. Pins sold separately.

This is a very commonly connector on CRT monitors and it is the standard connector on BK precision Rejuvenators (square connector models).
Genuine Molex, well made.
Uses .062 female pins.
