680pF 50V Metalized Polypropylene Film Capacitor (MC1021).  This 680pF 50V Capacitor has 5% tolerance and 85C temperature ratings and this capacitor is the same as .00068uF 50V and .68nF 50V.  Non-inductive construction using metallized Polyester film with flame retardant epoxy resin coating.  Excellent Temperature and frequency characteristics and works very well in audio and dolby circuits.  All capacitors you can always use a higher voltage than what’s required, but never use a lower voltage when replacing capacitors.
