AMP 3 Pin 1 Row Pin and Socket Connector cap female housing with positive MATE-N-LOK latch (CE1012)(same as CD1003).  1 Row and 3 circuit positions.  6.35mm pitch used on many power applications in arcade cabinet wiring  and these are polarized to the mating cap / receptacle so they only mate together one way.  Pins sold separately.
