Description

MK4801AN-3 is a 1K x 8-BIT STATIC RAM 150ns that uses Mostek’s advanced circuit design techniques to package 8,192 bits of static RAM on a single chip, DIP-24 Package.  This Static ram may also be called 4118 ram used on Gottlieb video arcade game main boards, Juno First, Qbert, Reactor, Krull, Mad Planets, Vintage Computers, video game consoles and other applications.  The MK4801AN-3 can replace any of the following:  MK4801AN-3, MK4801AN-4, MK4118-3, MK4118-4 and many others.
