How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?

New, unused, uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment less shipping cost which isn’t refundable. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Used products may not be returned.

  • New, unused, uninstalled products must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
  • Defective products or products damaged in shipping require notification within 48 hours of delivery in order to qualify for a replacement so that Arcade Parts and Repair may file a valid insurance claim.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping costs and any costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

If you feel that your product is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact us.

Warranty Contacts

Orders older than 30 days:   Please contact us. To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible please make sure your communication and item falls within the following guidelines.

  • Item displays a manufacturer defect. Therefore it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken products.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product brand, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.
  • Keep in mind some vendors will require you to deal with them directly on your claim

Exchanges & Return Numbers (RMAs)

Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else—it happens. Exchanges on Arcade Parts and Repair only require a few minutes and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can request an RMA by contacting us.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Just make an RMA, place a new order, and return your original item. You’ll receive a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for items returned in new, unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department.

Returns Shipping

  • Create an RMA by contacting us.
  • Include your original order receipt. This receipt also serves as paperwork necessary for your return. Include the RMA and drop this receipt in your return package.
  • Write the RMA on the outside of your package.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is refunded.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made products, any component that we can’t easily test to verify they are working and damaged items cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Partially used products
  • Any products that have been installed under any condition

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or invoice number. All returns MUST include order number, purchaser name, reason for return and date purchased otherwise they won’t be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition and original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if there is any problems with the return, otherwise you will get an email from your bank or financial institution of the credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 7-14 days or less in most cases).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale, Discontinued or Discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective within 30 days of purchase or damaged in shipping. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift then there are no returns, exchanges or refunds excepted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Arcade Parts and Repair, Inc. PO Box 455, Missoula, MT 59806 United States of America.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are not excepted, only returns of approved items, then the customer is responsible to reorder the correct items and pay for them and shipping.

If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your items aren’t recieved or not recieved in perfect condition there will be no refunds given.
