This MC7815 is higher rated then original LM7815, L7815 and are +15vdc and output current up to 1.5 amp Voltage Regulator TO-220 Package with lead layout of IGO. These are used on Atari Audio Regulator III PCB at location Q3 and many other applications. This MC7815 can replace any of the following: LM340T15, LM340T-15, LM7815CT/NOPB.B, LM7815CT/NOPB and many others.
