Description

2N5062 is a Sensitive Gate Silicon Controlled Rectifiers, Reverse Blocking Thyristors, Annular PNPN devices designed for high volume consumer applications such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits.  SILICON CONTROLLED RECTIFIERS 0.8A RMS, 100V.  TO−92-3 / TO-226-3 package.  Lead Pin Assignment CGA.  These are used in many pinball games such as bally/midway lamp driver PCB on baby pac and the 2N5062 are higher rated than the original 2N5060 and 2N5061 so it can be used to replace either transistor.  This SCR is used on many Nintendo Power supplies such as the PP-7B to replace the original SCR2 with part number 03P05M.
