This UA7812 is higher rated then original LM7812 and are +12vdc and output current up to 1.5 amp Voltage Regulator TO-220 Package. These 7812 can replace any of the following: LM340-T12, LM340T12, UA78M12UC, UA7812UC, AN7812, AN7812/F and many others. These are used on Atari Audio Regulator II PCB at location Q8.
