27C020 Eprom ST Microelectronics and various manufacturers refurbished Eproms that have been machine cleaned and legs straightened, and programmer verified blanked and erased so they are completely ready to program.  LOW POWER “CMOS” CONSUMPTION, 262144 by 8 Bits, UV EPROM and OTP EPROM, (256K x 8) UV Erasable and programmable read only memory 256Kx8 (256K)(2 Megabit) 32 pin Dip-32 package.  These are used in many older 80’s, 90’s and newer game boards and contact us if you need programming.  These are 100ns – 250ns and faster.  These refurbished chips look so nice you would almost think they were NOS.
